HR Project Management

Conflict Resolution

From time to time, even in the most professional and organised of workplaces, disputes can arise – two employees at odds, personality clashes or serious grievances.  Whatever the issue, unresolved friction in the workplace can be destructive.  At best, it taints the working atmosphere. At worst, it impacts on productivity and morale.

We manage internal disciplinary and grievances matters by carrying out impartial investigations.  Our impartial mediation service is also on hand to resolve more complex disputes effectively and sensitively.
